My favorite books are those from the Monster Book of manga series. These books are really good for learning to draw different poses, manipulating shadows, and coloring. Monster book of manga girls is just one of the books I own. The boys version doesn't come out until next year. To me, they are real in depth whether beginning or already an expert and just need to know how to tweek the drawing to perfection. Here are the links explaining more about the books.
